School Photos 2016-17

Greetings and salutations.

School picture season will soon be upon us and there are a few changes in store for our valued clients this Fall.

Firstly, to ease the additional paper trail at school offices, late orders will no longer be accepted at schools. The majority of orders come in on time but our goal is to ease the workload on administrative staff when it comes to late orders. Web galleries will be set up soon after capture and anyone missing the return date, can order (without worry of late charges) photos online and have them mailed directly to your door.

The "green screen" will be the background of choice again this year which will allow parents and students to choose their own backgrounds for their portrait packages. This process means students cannot wear green-coloured shirts/dresses, etc, on picture day inorder to take advantage of this process. If students do wear a green shirt/dress, we will substitute a different background before taking their portrait.

With this green-screen process, you will have a choice of eight different backgrounds; The background will be used for the entire portrait package.

After the photos have been taken, proofs will be delivered to the school within two weeks. Parents will then have five to seven days to decide on your portrait package or have retakes. If you do request retakes, the photo envelope must be returned to school to ensure your child is not missed on retake day. The portraits will also be available for purchase via an online gallery, with each student having a personal access code printed on their proof envelope. The photo gallery link will be available via . If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us via email or our toll-free number.

If you happen to miss opening day for photos at your school, we will make sure we take extra photos on retake day to make sure you have a good selection to choose your portrait package from.
